I have always been fascinated by the power the world of art holds.
When I was younger, I would tuck myself in my room with a sketching pad and a set of pencils and let my creativity run wild. To others, the pieces I created may have looked like childish doodles or a mishmash of colour. But, to me, these drawings expressed emotion and individuality.

I was a Volunteer Radio Presenter and Production Assistant for Future Radio. During this time, I hosted live shows, recorded and edited pre-recorded shows and organised and conducted interviews. I hosted 'Norwich Today' three days a week.

Ambulance workers in the east of England join rest of country in vote to strike

Five stores across Norfolk are set to be hit by the recent closure announcement of all 170 M&Co stores. This will include stores in Attleborough, Hunstanton, Cromer, Fakenham and Diss. Charity launches new campaign to mark World Cancer Awareness Day

Today marks the annual date of awareness but every three years a new focus is decided upon, with 'closing the care gap' decided for between 2022 and 2024. 

Cancer support charity Star Throwers, based in Wymondham, is aiming to raise £6,000 to help fund its free lymphoedema support sessions, through an online JustGiving page. 

This would allow them to fund 100 of the sessions to combat the condition, which can see fluid build up in the limbs after some cancer treatments.

Night hike offers chance to see popular National Trust park at twilight

The night hike will take place at the National Trust's north Norfolk park on Monday, February 13 between 5pm and 7.30pm.

The moonlight will guide walkers along a three-mile trail among the 1,000 acres of woodland, using 'night vision' as their eyes adapt to the dark.
